Operational Tasks:
Organize schedules, tasks, meetings, and visits.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on their implementation.
Prepare reports and presentations about the industrial and logistics sector, and track performance.
Coordinate between departments and investors, and follow up on requests.
Monitor investment projects, prepare reports, track operational challenges, coordinate with departments to solve them, and provide recommendations.
Follow up on investment agreements and coordinate to complete technical requirements and licenses.
Manage internal and external communication and act as a main contact point for the industrial and logistics sector.
Improve administrative and technical processes and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in coordination work.
Experience in government or semi-government sectors is preferred.
Good command of Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
