Job: Facility Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space utilization;
● Supervise the Maintenance Work, Sub-Contractors, etc;
● Check devices and structure systems, such as Fire Alarms, CCTV, HVAC, etc, on a regular basis;
● Respond to emergency calls, if any; ready and able to attend to the site whenever
● needed , such as events, Emergencies , Visits, ..etc ).
● Supervise the cleaning crew and security crew & their daily tasks;
● Ensure the building meets the safety & health standards and complies with all legal requirements;
● Provide Support for Both Soft & Hard Services; supervision all soft Services ( non technical
● parts , such as cleaning , security , reception , ..etc ) and the Hard Services ( the technical parts such as HVAC , Electrical , CCTV, ..etc )
● Receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department;
● Check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, etc;
● Store the materials category-wise in appropriate locations;
● Maintain optimal stock levels;
● Periodically verify the stock and ensure the availability of stock at all times;
● Issue materials/assets to the departments/employees as per the material issuance requests;
● Maintain a record of all assets handed over;
● Action on the disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure;
● Maintain all the documents related to the material supplies up to date;
● Generate reports related to material supplies up to date and submit them to relevant authorities;
● Participate in audits conducted by internal or external auditors;
● Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the storeroom.
● Implement necessary measures to ensure the proper care and preservation of materials.
Qualifications
● High School or Diploma.
Experience
● 3-4 years experience in Facilities & Supervision.
Knowledge
● Supervision experience in Maintenance; should have the main knowledge in maintenance , market , spare parts , Cleaning , ..etc
