Required: Approvals Executive, Saudi Arabia

Primary Responsibilities:

Internal liaison:

• Facilitate the sales revenue and growth within the organization by ensuring products’ compliance with the assigned markets’ technical regulations, running the product certification workflows from initiation to closure, and securing the required product approvals across each country.
• Liaise with the HQ Approvals team to secure the required product certifications & approvals in alignment with the Product Management, Sales & SC functions on the approvals’ timelines & market launch dates, while maintaining an adequate archiving system.
• Manage and maintain regular database updates on GROHE’s regional approvals portal (APPFAST).
• Ensure 100% audit compliance by efficiently utilizing the allocated budget in line with the internal procedures.

External liaison:

• Secure and maintain WEL and other applicable product certificates in a timely manner for GROHE products across assigned markets as dictated by regulatory bodies (SASO, MoIAT, GSO, SONCAP, PAI, GOEIC, EOS, GSA, etc.).
• Work closely with the assigned CBs, accredited testing laboratories and governmental authorities on product certification and approvals while building a good rapport and developing criteria to evaluate their service level.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of all existing as well as upcoming new regulations and requirements for imported products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Industrial.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Arabic languages is a MUST.
• Ideally 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
