Job Description

Qualifications:

• Training and Development certifications (e.g.CPTD, CLDP, Train the Trainer Certification – ATD) are preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical and behavioral competency frameworks, succession planning through critical position identification and talent reviews, and oversee the appointment process from candidate selection to final assessment
• Implement career advisory services, manage internal mobility, and support employee career movements to align talent capabilities with organizational needs
• Support functional heads to identify skill gaps and implement relevant training initiatives, including leadership coaching, technical development, GDP programs, and scholarship management
• Implement internal and external workshops and conferences to facilitate professional development, address employee concerns, and enhance the overall employee training experience
• Implement strategic training roadmap, source training providers, and manage training logistics to ensure employees receive targeted and effective training aligned with organizational goal.

Skills Description

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
•          Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
•          Communication skills.
