Require SAP Test Manager, UAE

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Management Lead to drive ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects using the Brownfield approach and SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Procurement, Finance, and HR, along with hands-on experience in automation, performance optimization, and tools like SAP CALM and Signavio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA migration projects using Brownfield methodology.
• Apply SAP Activate framework for planning, execution, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Provide functional expertise in:
• Procurement (MM, EWM, Ariba)
• Finance (FI/CO)
• HR (HCM/SF)
• Implement automation tools for testing and optimize performance.
• Utilize SAP CALM for project monitoring and Signavio for process modeling.
• Manage stakeholders and provide risk mitigation plans.
