The Role: Procurement / Purchasing Executive

Are you someone who knows how to make things happen behind the scenes? Do you enjoy finding the right vendors, negotiating smart deals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time?

We’re looking for a Procurement Executive who can support our fast-paced campaigns by sourcing reliable partners, managing purchases, and working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life efficiently and within budget.

A Day in the Life

1. Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard vendors (production, printing, events, influencers, and more)
2. Quotation Management: Collect, compare, and negotiate quotes to ensure the best value
3. Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue POs with clear scope, costs, and timelines
4. Vendor Relationships: Build strong partnerships to ensure reliability and quality delivery
5. Project Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Creatives to support campaign execution
6. Invoice Verification: Review vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for smooth processing
7. Budget Awareness: Ensure all purchases align with project budgets and cost expectations
8. Problem Solving: Handle last-minute requests, changes, and vendor challenges efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical and transparent decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Min. 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
• Experience in a media, advertising, events, or production environment is a strong plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You

• Have an existing vendor network in Bahrain/GCC
• Are comfortable handling urgent and last-minute requirements
• Understand how procurement impacts cost control and profitability
