*About the Role* SMALSA Investment is seeking an Industrial Operations Supervisor to support the development of one of its industrial projects (sanitary ware manufacturing factory). The role focuses on supporting the factory setup phase, coordinating with industrial equipment suppliers, regulatory entities, and contributing to technical and operational planning, with strong potential for future growth into senior operational leadership roles.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Support operational development during the factory setup phase

* ⁠Coordinate with industrial equipment suppliers and technical vendors

* ⁠Follow up with regulatory and governmental entities

* ⁠Coordinate requirements related to energy, utilities, and infrastructure

* ⁠Assist in reviewing technical feasibility studies

* ⁠Prepare technical summaries and reports for management

* ⁠Support documentation and responses for funding and support entities

* ⁠Monitor project progress and provide operational updates

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

* ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments

* ⁠Experience in sanitary ware, ceramics, or building materials industries is preferred

* ⁠Fluent in English (written and spoken)

* ⁠Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and technical documentation

* ⁠Ability to coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders *Additional Requirements*

* Willingness to travel between (Madinah – Jeddah – Riyadh) as required

* ⁠Open to Saudi and non-Saudi candidates
