Purpose of the position: Engineering Coordinator

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Liaise extensively with CAD specialists and Project teams to translate project’s and Client’s requirements into more efficient processes through value-add customizations to the 3D environment (e.g. reports extraction, massive modification of 3D items’ attributes)

Tasks Bidding phase

• Support Project Management in the selection of CAD software, evaluating Client requirements and possible alternatives
• Support Project Management in evaluating man-hours, costs and schedule relevant to 3D model tool selection

Project Execution

• Ensure review/application of Contractual requirements within own area of responsibility
• Issue Project specifications for 3D software and user guidelines
• Set-up of 3D Modelling tools and support the activities of 3D model specialists
• Collaborate with ICT function in the management of the activities relevant to 3D model software system
• Development of new workflows resulting in significant productivity benefits along with error free design
• Create custom commands, labels, custom primitive shapes and different kinds of reports on the programming module
• Analyze, within his area of responsibility, criticalities in 3D Model development and propose recovery actions

Construction

• Support, within his area of responsibility, as-built 3D model activities

Staff activities

• Promote the optimization of engineering function workflows and technical standards in order to improve efficiency
• Collect feedback from Projects for continuous improvement of work process (Lesson Learned)
• Develop and scout the market for new CAD tools

What are we looking for? Education: Engineering background

Experience: 10 years

Languages: English is a must

IT Skills: Professional knowledge MS office
