In this role you will:

Property Sales

  • Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory.
  • Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Understanding Client Requirements

  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

Lead Generation

  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.

Market Analysis

  • Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.

Managing Client Relationships

  • Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing support.

Demonstration and Site Visits

  • Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.

Deal Closure

  • Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

    • Experience with Sales in the internet advertising industry.
    • Basic understanding of how to operate on CRM
    • Strong understanding of the industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over video conference or in-person to prospects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the client’s agenda, structure their needs, and propose the appropriate solution.
    • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and grow in a team environment.
    • Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well with a team.
