In this role you will:
Property Sales
- Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory.
- Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
Understanding Client Requirements
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
Lead Generation
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.
Market Analysis
- Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
Managing Client Relationships
- Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing support.
Demonstration and Site Visits
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.
Deal Closure
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
-
- Experience with Sales in the internet advertising industry.
- Basic understanding of how to operate on CRM
- Strong understanding of the industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over video conference or in-person to prospects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the client’s agenda, structure their needs, and propose the appropriate solution.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and grow in a team environment.
- Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well with a team.
