Minimum Qualification
Job Description
• Develop and manage the integrated Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Lead and coordinate baseline schedule preparation, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.
• Perform progress tracking, forecast updates, variance analysis, and critical path assessments.
• Lead weekly and monthly schedule reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Prepare project performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations (S-curves, histograms, etc.).
• Conduct delay impact assessments, and support claims and extension of time (EOT) justifications.
• Maintain schedule integrity, document assumptions, constraints, and maintain full change logs.
• Interface with project controls, cost engineers, and contracts team for integrated project tracking.
