Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit documents and records related to environmental violations.
  • Verify compliance with environmental laws and enforcement procedures.
  • Receive, process, and maintain reports of violations.
  • Analyze violations and prepare clear, concise reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with field inspectors and management.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking follow-up actions on violations.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in environmental compliance, legal, or regulatory operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
