What Are My Responsibilities?
- Support the planning team in preparing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Track progress of engineering, procurement, installation, and testing activities against the approved schedule.
- Perform schedule updates, generate progress curves and S-curves, and report schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to collect and validate weekly progress data.
- Support the preparation of monthly progress reports, KPIs, and time-impact analyses.

What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in project management, planning, and scheduling tools.
- Solid Excel skills and a basic understanding of project life cycles.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 fundamentals is an advantage.
- Academic coursework involving scheduling, planning, or operations research is a plus.
