They act as senior business consultants, driving growth through strategic initiatives, effective communication, and leveraging Snoonu’s marketing and operational tools.

• Act as a liaison between Snoonu and high-value partners.
• Perform data analysis and prepare presentations.
• Organize and participate in partner meetings, lunches, and events.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide materials to minimize cancellations.
• Track and report on partner performance and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Partnerships.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Leverage market knowledge to provide insights to partners and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve partner issues and with finance to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Handle cancellations and refund disputes.
