About Job: 

Communications Network Specialist to work for RQEEM Company subsidiary of JABEEN Company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess commercialization agreements for IT and telecom infrastructure assets (fiber, towers, data centers, networks, smart infrastructure).
• Support privatization agreements frameworks, SLAs,terms and conditions for telecom and IT infrastructure services.
• Engage with telecom operators, ISPs, hyperscale’s, system integrators, and private investors.
• Translate technical infrastructure capabilities into market-ready commercial offerings.
• Formulate and manage ICT projects
• Support the design, building, testing and deployment of solutions for Telecom Network & Connectivity products, digital platform, industry 4.0, smart city solutions, and DC & Cloud products
• support all aspects of technical delivery including service provisioning and service delivery as per client expectations
• Ensure regular maintenance checks of the infrastructure used of different products of Telecom core and DC & Cloud Solutions
• Ensure the timely availability of resources required to execute the operations for Telecom core and DC & Cloud Solutions
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Monitoring project progress, coordinated identification & resolution of critical issues minimizing project risks and furnished periodic reports to senior management
• support all aspects of the project’s planning & budget including definition of scope of work, goals, objectives & financial plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Management information system or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, IT infrastructure, commercialization, or wholesale services.
• Experience working with telecom operators, infrastructure providers, or government entities.
• Exposure to fiber networks, data centers, towers, cloud connectivity, or smart infrastructure is highly preferred.
• PMP, BICSI, network certification or equivalent is a plus.
