Inspector – Civil, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Overview

This role is focused on ensuring quality assurance and compliance in buildings construction projects. The inspector will monitor contractors’ work, verify adherence to specifications and approved drawings, and provide daily reporting to management. The position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to act independently while collaborating with the wider project team.

Your role

• Carry out inspection on all site works in progress and ensure contractor’s compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
• Monitor and daily report to his line management contractor’s progress in all road activities.
• Inspect, check, and record that work is being executed in accordance with approved methodologies.
• Check that site instructions are being followed and report finings to R.E.
• Check services locations and ensure their protection.

About You

• Diploma / Degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the field of work.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken – English essential.
• Must have integrity, be flexible and proactive.
• Must demonstrate ability to act independently as part of a team.
